repeating indicator alerts

I Followed the instructions on https://www.earnforex.com/blog/how-to-add-alerts-to-metatrader-indicators/ and created some signal alerts for my Arrow Chart. However they keep repeating and when i open a new chart both signals show on the chart. Can someone help me adjust it to where the alert...
