4TF heiken Ashi indicator

can anyone please help or put me through how i can place a condition to only show up arrows if the price is above 200 MA and only show down arrows if the price is below 200 MA. Thanks.

'Price' is a rather vague word in coding, but the condition you are looking for is something like this:

if (Close[i] > iMA(Symbol(), Period(), 200, 0, MODE_SMA, PRICE_CLOSE, i))
