Added Subforums for Spread Betting and Non-MT Platforms

Honoring the suggestions made by the forum members, I have just added two new subforums:

Spread Betting - a place to discuss everything related to spread betting "genre" popular in the UK and Ireland.

Other Trading Platforms - a place to talk about cTrader, NinjaTrader, and other non-MetaTrader trading platforms. It is also a place to share all your non-MQL trading code and scripts.

If you have any objects or further suggestions, please post here.
