An indicator is just a tool. It won't be able to get you any profit at all by itself. You are looking for something that doesn't exist.

I rarely use 1-minute timeframes in trading, more at least use 5-minute and 15-minute timeframes for details. In my opinion, there is no 100% accurate indicator in providing signals.

I prefer combining indicators as an analysis tool, and in my opinion price action itself provides earlier information about possible market changes.
