close all in profit indicator/ea..

hi there
i have been looking for an indicator to close all orders, one preferably with option to limit closure to those in profit only. can anyone help, not sure if its an indicator or an ea i should be asking for.

It should be either a Script or EA. Script is more logical in this case. Try the attached version.
