Does anyone know what these arrows are?

Hi,

I have been trying to figure out what indicators are generating these arrow signals on Think or Swim because I want to try them out on MT4. They seem pretty accurate. I think they are being used for a binary options signal service. I don't want to use them for binary options I just want to experiment with them on MT4.

Anyway, here is a photo posted from today:

No idea. Why don't you ask the author of this indicator for Think or Swim?
