Help with GMT Offset

Hi, i am trying to setup my EA in my vps and everything has gone fine, except for the GMT offset, i am not sure what to put, my market watch is 22:59, which hasn't changed since i started (Not sure if it is because it is the weekend), my server time is 12:04 and my local time in my country is 17:04 ( i am in the UK).

What do i need to put in the GMT Offset i am using FAP Turbo.

You'd better ask the FAPTurbo support, but I might assume that you need to enter the difference between your server timezone and GMT in GMT Offset.
