history log of ticks for algorihm

Hi folks. Is there a place (free or paid) that I can download or scrape a log history of all the forex prices USD/EUR per tick?

I'm reading a book "Forex Price Action Scalping: An In-Depth Look Into the Field of Professional Scalping"
by Bob Volman and what I wanted to do is make my own algorihm's and to learn from past history and that would help predict the future?

Alpari had free historical tick data but this is going back a few years, not sure if they still provide it but its a place to start.

Just Google it as there are plenty of providers which will deliver what you search.
