What is HotForex GMT offset?

Also i have a scalper that opens several trades, some close 1 min after open, other several mins, and a few 30 mins to an hour. Average closing time is around 10 to 20 mins, though some days i can have several open trades close within 1 to 2 mins. And when i say several i dont mean 100 trades, more like 20 to 30 trades a day. Is this an ok scalper?

If it is loss trades , they will not cancel, as it is profitable to them, when profit trades, simply cancel and block the account
