I have a question about MetaTrader5.

It seems I have been successful in gaining funds thanks to advice in Forex.

Now I would like to download the monetary value that the app on my android phone says I have -- well, actually just a small part of it -- to my bank account.

I googled how do do it and the result said to click on "File" but I did not see any "File" option on my app.

Any help please?

You need to file a withdrawal request on your broker's website in the trader's account. You cannot withdraw funds via MT5.

It is strange that you were able to successfully trade, which many people fail to do and you don’t know that the withdrawals are not possible through a trading platform. Anyway, as Enivid mentioned, it is requested from the client portal provided by the broker.
