Is it possible to close 3 positions at the same time on MT4?

I am using MT4 platform from RouterHosting. Let us say, I have 3 open positions. It really works well but one issue I have with MT4 is the variability of trendline accuracy when swapping between time frames. is it the same on all mt4s? I mean like if I change my service from routerhosting!! Do you have any advice guys?

It's not clear what's your problem/question is. The title asks one thing and your post's text asks about a completely different thing.

Yes, question is unclear...
However your VPS (RouterHosting), will not have any impact on your ability to close trades on MT4...
An EA could simultaneously close your trades.... If you are manual trading, then you would need to close them one by one
