Is NewForex Really A Broker

I found this site online, they claim to provide forex services. I am just wondering, if the site itself is not Verified, Can it be possible the broker is regulated

No green padlock only means that their website does not use HTTPS connection to display their main page. It says nothing about the company's regulation or legitimacy.

Finpark Ltd, trading as New Forex Group, and quoting Certificate No: SIBA/L/14/1082 does not appear in the BVIFSC database. I have requested confirmation from BVIFSC and await their response.

I have worked with this broker in early part of my career with freebie offers, but wasn’t satisfied with conditions, therefore never went ahead with own investment, so won’t call them good, at least from my view that is.
