It's from FXSSI. I looked up BIS. The last survey was from 2019, wasn't it? Correct me if I'm wrong. On second thought, I think BIS does collect data annually. But official survey is only released every 3 year period (Triennial). Big site such as Statista can probably make purchase from BIS data vendor...
