Praxis Digital Trading Group, a CIMA regulated market maker is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Onboarding & Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and operational efficiency. This is a fully remote position and open globally (Must be willing to work during EST working hours).

Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & KYC Due Diligence:
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
Conduct thorough KYC (Know Your Customer) and due diligence reviews in collaboration with Compliance.
Customer Support & Account Management:
Provide excellent customer service support for client accounts.
Configure and manage new client accounts on our trading platforms.
Operations & Database Management:
Process money movements such as deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers within our trading platforms.
Ensure client databases are accurately maintained and updated in real-time.
Compliance & Reporting Support:
Assist Compliance with regulatory reporting obligations, including FATCA/CRS filings, AML questionnaires, and other ad-hoc annual reporting projects.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in client onboarding, KYC/AML processing, or a similar operations role, preferably within financial services or trading platforms.
Familiarity with FATCA/CRS reporting and AML requirements is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in managing databases and trading platform operations is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
