Wisdom of the crowd system? What do you think?

Hi there, just my first time here!

I've been searching for the opinion of someone for this. I just viewed an advertising today on instagram of NAT Armentex [URL deleted] and i entered just for curiosity because I saw that they have an active contest to win 50$.

Apart from the contest thing, I checked it out and the concept seems very interesting, is like a votation system and it says that the objective of this is "discover trends on the forex market based on the theory of Wisdom of the Crowd".

I've never seen something like that and the concept is interesting, but what do you think? Could this actually work? Or just another b***s*it?

It looks like just a poorly thought out idea to me. For something like this to work, voters must have some skin in the game so to speak - they need to put some money behind their vote. And that's exactly what we have option markets for.
