xcfd.com a scam?

For the very first time in my trading career, I came across this broker, opened a demo account with them, but then when I was going through their Illustrations on the Dashboard, I came across the attached screenshot, is this a clear sign that xcfd is scam?

It does not mean that they are scam, but it certainly means that their charting platform is glitchy.
