Definitely so. I had a ton of problems on my old trading account with customer service and receiving a withdrawal, I guess as a beginner I just didn't thoroughly check them out and went for the shiny deposit bonus lure instead. Ever since I switched it is so much less of a headache. Never realized how much of a difference it could make before, kinda thought most brokers were the same.
