Yes, this one can be converted. However, my queue of projects is full probably until the end of the year, so you probably better hire someone to code it for you.

No, .ex4 files cannot be converted. The source code (.mq4/.mqh files) is required for MT4->MT5 conversion.

To convert an indicator from MT4 to MT5, you need the indicator's source code - .mq4 file. You could ask the authors of those indicators for the code or perhaps to convert them into MT5 (maybe they already have converted versions).
