The best forex trading hours don't necessarily coincide with market opening times. As professional traders, we wait patiently for setups, regardless of market hours. Staring at the screen for long hours can lead to emotional trading

I'd say a pair to a pair is different. For example for Gold, it's surly between the London and New York sessions. The highest volatility of the market
