As of December 11, 2016, according to the Alexa.com popularity rating, Yandex.ru took the 27th place in the world and the first place in Russia.

Interview with contest winners: "I beat the others only by a small margin, so the competition became pretty intense towards the end"

Interview with contest winners: "I didn't give up, just kept going and soon became a winner"

We publish the interviews with our contest winners every once in a while to introduce the beginners to the rules and show that winning a contest is not a pie in the sky. You only need to arm yourself with patience, be persistent and keep learning. In our new interview roundup we give you the winners of Drag Trade, Rally Trade and Future Trade.

Oleg Bondar, Ukraine, the winner of 198th round of Rally Trade, received $500 no-deposit bonus.

"I'm 29. Right now Forex is no longer a hobby for me and recently became my main source of income. In mid-2012 I saw a Forex ad on the Internet, registered and got a no-deposit bonus. I played around with it for a week, but then I blew it. Afterwards I decided to start studying thoroughly the market and trading strategies. I was learning on my own. "I'm almost 60 and I studied physics. Almost all my life I worked with computing equipment. In 1978 I entered the Institute of Engineering Cybernetics of the Belarusian Academy of Sciences. After that I worked as a maintenance engineer at a factory, optimized mainframe-based computing systems. I started trading 10 years ago. I saw some consulting company's ad on the subway, got interested and came to their lecture. Then I realized that I'm interested in the trading process itself, which means you don't depend on anybody and it's possible to earn a decent income at the same time. When I was only starting, I only traded with "majors". Now I'm getting convinced that trading cross pairs brings more profit. When I choose a broker, like most traders I look at order execution, the absence of requotes, slippage and other technical problems. "I graduated from an agricultural university. Once I needed extra income for research and a friend told me about Forex. So I've been trying to master this trade since 2014. Now we present our new handy tool for MetaTrader 4 terminal, Depth of Market (DOP). DOP for ECN Prime provides full information on liquidity and its features allow for a single-click trading: now you can configure a trade's settings, open positions and place orders very quickly. Depth of Market operates on Windows 7 or higher and is only available for the instruments that are traded on ECN Prime, except crypto currencies.

Introducing our new partner in Germany

On the 1st of September, our German partner opened a Grand Capital office in Fürth, a city 7 kilometers away from Nuremberg. Grand Capital received Best ECN broker 2017 award

From September 9th to 11th Grand Capital participated in Investment and Finance Expo, one of China's largest financial expos that took place in Guangzhou. During the expo's award ceremony, Grand Capital received Best ECN broker 2017 award.

LAMM reward system becomes easier

Starting from October 1st Grand Capital changes the reward system for LAMM accounts. Previously LAMM managers were required to select a type of reward, by a trading period or by each trade. However, this system left investors with a lot of questions. In order to make trading more transparent for investors and more easy-to-grasp for both parties, we decided to abandon one type of reward and completely switch to the other, reward by a trading period, i.e. reward for total amount of trades of the investor for a certain period of time. For instance, if a manager selects a 24-hour period, they will once a day receive the commission for a client's trading on this day. Managers can choose the period length individually. The shortest period available is one day.

All managers who now use "commission for a trade" or "percentage for a trade" reward systems must contact our client support before the 1st of October and set the desired period length and reward percentage. Those who fail to do so before the October 1st will be automatically switched to 0% reward percentage.
