Well I turn off trailing stop. I can set SLto 8 pips and closing the transaction after 180 seconds. How do you like this idea?

SL of 8 pips will mostly like be too low for any major news release, especially on a broker with spreads. 180 seconds may work as a time limit, but I personally prefer an hour.
As I have already said, you should set SL depending on the news event and your broker's execution quality. I use anything from 9 to 20 pips usually.
The spread is good, execution, SL is wellpositioned. Unfortunately, the slippage when closing the SL kills my test transactions

There are reports of poor user experience with InstaForex, but my own experience with them is fine. Start with a small account and see if it works out for you.
As it looks like the case of commissions inInstaForex?

Yes, of course there is commission in the zero-spread accounts. Otherwise, how would the broker earn from such an account?
Yeah, I just didn't know how she is. I want to apply to your way to the recovered after an hour and SL was approximately 15 pips. I just don't know what news use this system? Decisions about interest rates for sure but what else?

In my experience, it works well with CAD and NZD job reports, and with GBP and CAD interest rate decisions.
There is a problem. When I set Closeafterseconds at 3600 seconds, ea opens my transactions and immediately after it closes the second until the economic news. What is it? I make test and it is the same for closure after 1800 seconds

No idea. I use 3600 and it works fine. Make sure you are not running multiple instances of this EA when such weird stuff occurs.
Why is it important? Using pending orders to enter a position during an important news release is almost always suicidal for a trading account.
