Apart from all these mistakes, the one I had committed once was not following proper TP, SL and exit positions.

I've done that too, and often. Nothing good came of it. The lack of discipline is a big problem for a lot of traders.

I think it's good to keep a level head even if at that moment you're happy that you're profiting.

I know. I made that mistake as a newbie, and I learned a bitter lesson from it. I haven't repeated it since.
