The log file would tell me whether AP is triggering but cannot close the orders for some reasons or whether it just doesn't recognize the condition when it should.

Does the 15% tally up exactly to the balance when it kicks in for the 2nd time?
It’s strange how it works great for the time, but any recurring time It doesn’t kick in when you want it too.
Maybe could you Post screenshots of your exact setup?
I am on my phone but the AP is set up on a VPS that’s currently running my live and demo account.
Can you help me undertand the math equation of it? Because from the first trigger it doesn’t add up?
15% of 91319 is 13697.
However it didn’t trigger until 14878

The math equation is pretty straightforward:
MQL4:
floating_profit <= -AccountInfoDouble(ACCOUNT_BALANCE) * sets.doubleLossPerBalance / 100
It can happen when on the previous check the floating loss was less than 15% but on the next check it is more than 15%.
The floating loss doesn't change gradually, it changes in chunks. How big those chunks are depends on the position sizes involved and the movement in pips per tick experienced by the trading instruments.
The checks are also performed at discrete points - on each tick of the chart AP is attached to and on each second. If you have some positions that are not on the same symbol AP is attached to, it will not react to the ticks generated on that symbol, it will only do checks every second plus on each tick of the symbol AP is attached to.
Could you please check for connection issues in the Journal tab of your MT4 on the VPS? The Journal tab reports when there are disconnects/reconnections.
I have the same problem. The connection is fine. It doesn't trigger the condition after its more than 15%
So as per my log file, would you of expected the 2nd lot of 15% to be triggered by now?
Just can’t get my head around why the gap is so big.
I Havnt touched anything since it triggered the first time.

You can replace your Account Protector.mqh with the attached one and then recompile Account Protector.mq4. It will start logging the values of floating loss and of its calculate % of balance required to trigger. This will shed some light on what's going on.

hi please check this new log file, AP seems to be going crazy right now. And it’s not taken any thing off the trades.

According to this log file, it doesn't even proceed to actually closing the trades, but it detects the triggering condition correctly. I.e., it triggers but it doesn't close anything. What's the output in the Experts tab? Any errors or messages regarding orders?
Most likely, the problem arises from one of these checks:

You can right-click on it and select View - it will open a log viewer, which lets you scroll through everything conveniently.
