Risk comes when you take a risk. With demo trading, you trade with money that doesn’t even exist. Hence, it lacks the same feeling a trader goes through when he/she places his/her first trade ever.
It’s not a good sign; You should use your demo as like your real account! Try to open your demo account with a small trading capital; and don’t spend your time here casually; Demo is free but it’s not useless!
Even though the demo does not develop trading psychology, it is still an important part and one can’t trade live if he does not know the working of the trading platform and the nature of the forex market.
A demo account is exactly that—there it's for you to use for testing the waters, training, etc. However, to gain the most from your trading experience, you must use a live trading account.
Because to feel risk you have to lose money I guess its obvious. However there is no need to lose much in order to learn how to manage risks that's why stop loss should be always in place.
To be very honest, it’s not the right attitude; new traders need to use their demo account as serious as possible! In this case, small virtual capital can be a useful option!
