Does anybody have MT4 build 1415 or an earlier version?

I have MT4 Build 1415 but it no longer works even after deleting webinstall folder contents and setting the folder to read only.

MT4 is undergoing a significant transition (upgrading from version 1415 to 1420). We have found that many indicators and EAs we were accustomed to using are no longer functional, regardless of whether they were cracked versions. In the past few days, many of my indicators and EAs have experienced the following issues:

1. Indicators cannot be loaded onto the chart, displaying: "cannot load"
2. EAs cannot be loaded onto the chart, displaying: "cannot load"

Fortunately, after adjustments made by our engineering team, some indicators and EAs have resumed normal operation, as shown below.

Prepare yourself because 1415 probably will not work for long.
Apparently, MT4 developers have plans to completely ban 1415 version and then error ''too old'' will come up and we will not be able to use this version again.

These Russians are ridiculous because all cracked indicators are coming from Russia too but they still call people thieves who use these cracked indicators. Russia is known to be top country when it comes to hackers but apparently regular people who use these indicators are still the worst people in the world.

They want people to purchase their useless indicators from their market that's why they are working hard with their ''security updates'' to ban all indicators which are not purchased from their market.
Funny enough, their indicators cannot make anybody money anyway, so all those expensive indicators on MT4 market we could say is kind of a scam.

Trading is all about learning to trade without indicators, we need to understand how market is moving, there is no other way, indicators can only give you visual clarity and some comfort but in reality they will not make you money and they are not worth buying.

With version 1417 all IAs work correctly.

The thing is, EAs work correctly in 1415 too, but as far as I know brokers refuse connection from versions < 1420.

I have 3 days with the previous version 1417, it has worked normally without any problem, the only thing is that they have to delete the weblnstall folder and replace it with a text document called with the name weblnstall.

Tengo 3 días con la versión anterior 1417, ha funcionado normalmente sin ningún problema, lo único es que tienen que eliminar la carpeta weblnstall y reemplazarla por un documento de texto llamado con el nombre weblnstall.

Esto dejará de actualizarse a la versión actual. funcionará normalmente con la versión 1417

If you read this thread, then you'll find out that that's the issue all traders are currently facing. Downgraded MT4 doesn't connect to the broker's server anymore.

i downloaded it .... my ea works but now my mt4 isnt connecting ... it just shows old version and its not connecting

which broker should we be using because I can still see the same error massage of “ old version “ but my EA works but mt4 isn’t t connecting … but does it have to do with the fact it keeps trying to update

Here are the MT4 Build 1415 executables. Just overwrite the current ones you have.
