Everything is described in this thread. Please follow the provided instructions. However, there is no point to it, since your broker won't allow you to connect if you are using version 1415.

There will be no source for that because that's bullshit. MetaQuotes created this update specifically to remove old cracked EAs and indicators from the market. All old legit compiled .ex4 are just collateral damage for them.

The return from 1420 to 1415 no longer works on brockers which have updated their server, they will all be updated in the coming weeks, the only solution is to compile the mq4 if you have the source, or from the owner. No need to block updates, the blocking comes from the Metatrader 4 server and not from the "terminal.exe" version of your computer. As a result, all ex4 old official and pirate versions become unusable without recompilation.

Can someone please tell me how can I prepare my EA to work on the new 1420 version...my EA was worked fine on 1415, but now it's not working because of the 1420 version . I need to somewhat change my EA to run on 1420. Somebody please help me in this situation
If you have the source code for your EA, you just need to re-compile it. If you don't have the source code, you need to contact its developer.
Because if that's the .ex4 that was working in 1415 and doesn't work in 1420, re-compiling it in 1420 will make it work.
but so if they release a new build do you always have to compile for that new build?
Not always and not EAs/indicators are affected by this. I have some very old EAs that I compiled 4 or 5 years ago and they still work without recompiling.
There is no specific guide. You just open the source code file (.mq4) in MetaEditor and click the Compile button.
