Hi guys, quick update, i took another short today on AUDCHF at 0.83661. SL now at BE and its moving nicely so far.

For anyone living in the UK. There is a program on BBC 2 this evening at 9pm about retail trading. Should be in I-player if you miss it. I saw the first in the series last week and it was fairly interesting.

Bit of a retrace in the evening but the trade is still open and without any risk this is where I want to be.

Nothing yet on GBPCAD. I will continue to watch it until it breaks the high of the long wicked daily candle.

Not much activity last week. I shorted AUDCHF but my stop was hit at -10. I re-entered upon another trendline break and price moved enough so I could move my stop to BE. The next day I was stopped out for 0. I was on the lookout for another trendline break or retest, but didn't see any while I was watching the charts.

AUDJPY is the only new setup I found on the weekly charts. The preceding trend isn't the greatest, but I will keep an eye on this pair.

I agree there was not much to look at last week. I attempted a short on GBPJPY from a daily Pin Bar but I was stopped out at BE.

I did play the AUDNZD from a Bullish engulf at a key Support level and I am now up about 150 pips. I have already taken profit on half my position, I tend to be quicker to take some profits when it is a daily signal. HEre is the chart:



As for the weekly charts this week, nothing much taking my fancy, I will sit tight with my AUDNZD trade for the time being.

Sweet, sounds nice Abercrombie.

-10, -0 etc, it doesn't feel it at the time, but as long as you are making those trades with the bigger picture in mind, there's only so far the market can go before giving you a nice big winner. Keep it up

I saw the ad for this but I didn't get around to watching it. Was it any good Stuart?

I really enjoyed Million Dollar Traders, if it was as good as that, I would definitely look it up on the iPlayer

I found it quite interesting. If you have a spare hour it is worth a watch but I wouldn't go out of my way to watch it. I didn't really learn anything new but it is interesting to see some different perspectives.

I have not seen Million dollar traders, I will need to try and source that somewhere.

It is a good study of the psychological aspect of trading and how people with differing personalities trade (or don't trade). One of the things I found most interesting was the choice made following the show by the most successful trader.

Good evening everyobody. HOpe you have all had a great weekend.

There are a few setups that caught my attention when going through my weekly charts this weekend. I have had a very busy weekend and don't have the energy to post charts at the moment but most of the setups revolve around the Kiwi, they are as follows:

GBPNZD - potential Short
EURNZD - Potential Short
NZDCHF - Potential Long
NZDCAD - Potential Long

AUS200 - Potential Long

All these setups show very strong signs of rejection of key SR levels. MY concern is that they are all Kiwi based (exception of AUS200) and therefore I will be careful to spread my risk if multiple setups emerge at the same time.

I am off tomorrow and so hope to post the charts after a good nights' sleep.
