@Nathan.Küster Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this on any other broker (I've tried like ten of them today). It could be some issue with the contract specification incorrectly provided at FTMO. They had a similar issue with some currency pair not so long ago (discussed in the Position Size Calculator thread). Of course, it might be some rare little bug in my indicator that doesn't manifest itself anywhere else, but I need more information (more cases where it goes wrong) to try fixing this.
Yes, that might be the reason. They do have USDHKD in the list of symbols, but it cannot be added to the Market Watch for some reason. The margin currency is Hong Kong dollar (HKD). Does the USDHKD pair need to be on the market watch? I will test this in the future.

You need to copy both folders from the archive to the MQL4 folder of your MT4 platform. Then launch MetaEditor from your MT4 platform and open RiskCalculator.mq4 from /MQL4/Indicators. Then press the Compile button (F7). Alternatively, you can just restart MT4 after copying over all the files, it will compile everything automatically.Hello!
I am trying to install and activate the Risk Calculator indicator on the MetaTrader 4 platform.
https://www.earnforex.com/metatrader-indicators/Risk-Calculator/
In the archive on the site there is only the .mql4 file, it is not the .ex4 file.
Where can I get this or how to generate this .ex4 file ???
I hope you can help me.
Yes, I know that MT4 should create files automatically, but this is not the case for me.You need to copy both folders from the archive to the MQL4 folder of your MT4 platform. Both folders from the archive, should be copied directly to the MQL4 folder, not to some subfolder inside it.Yes, I know that MT4 should create files automatically, but this is not the case for me.
I tried to do the Compile button operation (F7), using MetaEditor, but it gives me an error.
Attached is a screenshot with the error.

@Nathan.Küster Yes, I see the problem. The account is in EUR, and there is no EUR/HKD. I will see if I can change it to convert currencies using two pairs (USD/HKD + EUR/USD).
That's strange. It's showing correct results on AUS200 for me:But the indicator also does not correctly calculate the stop loss for AUS200, J225. And I have it on Market Watch EURAUD, EURJPY.

Make sure you copy over both folders from the archive (Include and Indicators) to the /MQL4/ folder.Hi.
As i have tried to compile the file it is giving me 105 errors and 2 warnings.
Please help me to sort it.
I have attached a photo of the last errors.
Please let me know if you need any more details and information if required.
Thanks in advance
I'm not sure how you even managed to get it work in 1345. That build is a beta with known bugs and the Risk Calculator shows completely blank for me there. With MetaTrader 4 build 1345 I have issues with a correct display of the totals. They are somehow being displayed over the 5th line making it difficult to make out.
