Please redownload the indicator. There was a change in the latest MT4 build that has broken the code. The updated .mqh should fix the compilation errors.

• Fixed compilation errors in latest MT4/MT5 builds.
• Fixed a bug with incorrect decimal places count for nominal swap rates.
• SL/Entry lines are no longer saved to templates.

I'm trying to compile and use this kindly shared and promising tool. It compiles perfectly but generates the MT4 error "'PositionSizeCalculator' is not script and cannot be executed' when I attempt to attach it to a chart (EURUSD). Any assistance appreciated. Thank you for sharing.

You should place it into Indicators subfolder of your MQL4 folder, not into Scripts subfolder. Also, make sure you are attaching it from under the Indicators in the Navigator window, not from the Scripts.

Me neither see any problem. From the right side of picture it can be seen that price is around 11412, and (brilliant and neat) PSCv2 shows calculations around that price. Except for small position size, all settings/calculations look fine.

In the image example, the StopLoss was 10 Pips with $250 risky ... so, in this case the lotSize should be 1.00

I tryed with ActivTrader and FxPro ... same resoult!
Standard account ... and the problem heppen with DAX (FXPro: Germany30 / Activ: Ger30)

Sorry, but I cannot reproduce it. FxPro Germany30 shows a different output for your inputs:

I do not have Ger30 in ActivTrades - only a forward CFD of Ger30Mar17. The Position Size output is 1.00 there and it looks correct as one full point equals 25 EUR there.
